Do you flourish in a sales environment and enjoy the thrill of solving problems? Do you naturally possess the ability to build strong relationships? CENTURY 21 Energy Realty is seeking a LEASING AGENT to join the team in Fort St. John!
As a Leasing Agent, it will be your responsibility to cultivate relationships with potential renters in order to fill vacancies. The proactive leasing to potential tenants will be your main focus to ensure a positive customer experience from the moment they contact you until the day they move into their rental property and beyond.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Answering incoming prospect phone calls in order to attract potential tenants, educate potential tenants about properties available and rent units.
-Photographing rental properties.
-Proactively contact site leads and applicants to foster successful pipeline management and reduce vacancy rates.
-Book viewing appointments with potential tenants, while focusing on closing the sale.
-Schedule lease signing with approved clients and reviewing documents during signing.
-Posting of notices and conducting unit move in/move out/quarterly inspections.
What you need to be successful:
-Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
-Able to build and maintain lasting relationships.
-Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
-A keen attention to detail.
-Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
-Flexible availability (rotating on call phone for emergencies)
