Job description / Leasing Agent THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
Displays marketable and available units to prospective tenants in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
Receives telephone inquiries from the general public and provides direction and information to walk-in traffic in a courteous and professional manner.
Inspects vacant units and provides the Property/Resident Manager with a detailed list of deficiencies to be addressed.
Verifies all new tenant applications and provides recommendations to the Property/Resident Manager for the approval and rejection of tenant applications.
Prepares all new and renewing leases for review buy the Property/Resident Manager.
Types general leasing and marketing correspondence and leasing reports to the Resident/Property Manager.
Types all new and renewing leases for the Resident/Property Manager review and authorization for distribution.
Reviews terms of lease agreements with new tenants prior to occupancy.
Maintains adequate supplies of marketing materials such as rental brochures and floor plans.
A criminal back ground check is a requirement of the position.Applicants must have a valid Driver\'s License and a reliable, insured vehicle. Applicants who do not possess these two qualifications will not be considered for this position. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule:
