Key Responsibilities

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits of available units Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule showings, and maintain excellent phone and email etiquette Apply effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure new lease agreements and renewals Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Accurately prepare and process lease applications, move-ins, and move-outs Utilize Yardi (or similar property management software) to manage leasing activities and maintain records Complete administrative duties including data entry, filing, and office support tasks Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless leasing operations

Requirements

Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate (preferred) Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships Proven sales ability and negotiation skills Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (an asset) Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in documentation Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)
