We are a property management team seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team. Responsibilities:

Conduct property showings and guide potential tenants through the leasing process. Assist with lease renewals, negotiations, and applications. Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Process lease applications, background checks, and move-in paperwork. Manage leasing-related documents and maintain accurate records. Ensure the property is always presentable for showings. Maintain knowledge of rental rates and the local real estate market. Assist the property manager with daily administrative tasks as needed. Post and distribute notices to tenants in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with tenants via email, phone, or in-person, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Support lease enforcement and handle tenant concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required. At least

2 years of sales experience

is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferably). Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
