As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current tenants, and ensuring that our properties are well-represented in the market.

Duties

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants Assist in the application process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Manage inquiries from potential renters via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. List and market properties using social media, websites and photography Support management with errands and tasks related to renting Support administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

Experience

Previous Leasing experience is preferred. A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable. A background with advertising is key! Familiarity with property management practices is ideal Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role. High level communication is key in this role.

MUST HAVES:

Flexible schedule, valid drivers license and a vehicle. (all properties are in London)

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $23,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
