What you will do:
  • Responsible for the control (master data) of all property documentation in the Real Estate Management System (Lucernex).
  • Accounts Payable and Account Receivable functions (process all invoices for site facilities including realty taxes, utilities, snow removal, landscaping and maintenance etc).
  • Undertake the processing of the monthly rent roll for all properties including balancing variance changes (compared from last month), along with providing the necessary back up for review.
  • Complete, review and code all Tax and CAM reconciliations received from Landlords or generated for Subtenants.
  • Monitor Real Estate inbox and mailbox for incoming requests and either action or delegate tasks, and all other related duties as may be required.
  • Must be able to work with both internal partners and external vendors to independently solve problems to ensure ongoing field support.
  • Ensures that all work is executed and conducted in a safe manner and immediately corrects or reports any behaviors in contradiction of policies.
What you will bring:
  • Education equivalent to College Degree or higher in related work experience, demonstrating strong organizational, detail oriented and process driven skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business administration experience.
  • Fluency in French is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Demonstrates excellent administrative and compliance skills.
  • Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
  • Demonstrates strong business vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
