Responsibilities







The Learning & Training Specialist ensures that all aspects of the preparation, performance and follow up of the training are organized properly throughout hte project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating training, simulators, and documentation while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.




Key Responsibilities





Training Preparation + Assist the Training Project Manager in coordinating all training needs within the project team.
+ Prepare, manage, deliver and validate training programs in line with contractual requireemnts (training plans, materials, logistics and content verification)
+ Liaise with all relevant SMEs for the production of the training materials
+ Coordinate and oversees the production of a coherent set of training documentation
Training Requirements Management + Support each metier leader to identify and list all the mandatory training in line with APSYS standards f
+ Coordinate with metier leaders and central teams for consistency and compliance.
+ Maintain an updated the reference library of mandatory and requested trainings.
E&M Training Center + Support the Training Project Manager to develop the proper strategy for the E&M training center.
+ Identify the deliverables to establish a training center and supervise the development of those deliverables
E&M Training Program Coordination + Launch and manage the training program, including the development of the training calendar.
+ Plan and coordinate trainers and training logistics.
+ Oversee the delivery of training sessions and ensure timely execution.

Organisational Reporting





Report to the Alstom E&M Deputy Project Director




Network and Links





The role will support the Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems and transversal support functions.



Interface with Customer




Educational Requirements





University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent commercial background.


7-10 years of relevant work experience Good knowledge of railway products and systems Conflict management and interpersonal skills Team spirit approach Strong attention to details Communication abilities to obtain collaboration from the matrix organisation involved in the project, Excellence in organizational and time management skills Be a good listener Anticipation, clear reporting Important*: to have knowledgeable in all standard office tools (xls, word, mpp, ppt, outlook, ....), Project Management Softwares.
