Do you hold a degree in special education, educational psychology, remedial education, or adapted school education? Please specify your academic background? Our client, a well-respected private high school, is seeking a Learning Support Specialist to join their vibrant and growing team.

What we're looking for:
- Impeccable French - this person will serve as the French language resource for the school.
- Experience as a remedial teacher (orthopedagogue) or studies in special education, educational psychology, remedial education, or adapted school education.
- Proactive and a team player.
Your mission:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' academic and personal development.
- Identify, assess, and support students with learning difficulties in language, mathematics, and psychomotor skills.
- Advise and assist teachers in developing inclusive pedagogical strategies.
- Provide individual or group orthopedagogical instruction in reading, writing, and reasoning.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans based on student needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with parents, offering educational support and guidance.
- Coordinate and supervise special measures for exams (e.g., extra time, alternate settings).
- Maintain detailed student progress records and stay up to date with developments in the field.
