About the role


The Intercontinental Learning Partner is one of the key drivers of Intercontinental learning strategy. The IC West Learning Partner will collaborate with commercial, medical, and market access teams as part of their work with key stakeholders across the region. The Learning Partner will act as a designer and orchestrator of translating learning needs into learning plans, pull SME where appropriate and coordinate learning agendas across different functions and stakeholders.

Who you'll work with



Reporting into the Learning Lead, West and in alignment with the brands strategy; together with stakeholders and in conjunction with the Intercontinental overall Learning Strategy. In addition to this, in collaboration with West IC market stakeholders and Global market Access Learning team, works with the IC learning Leads to define and develop the IC Learning plan and approach.

What you'll do

Planning, developing and executing both commercial onboarding, and launch plans during a busy launch period across our Intercontinental markets Pulling through launch plans and working with markets on post launch milestones, analysis and continued static and diagnostic learning interventions Proactively gathering insights into the stakeholder needs and helping them to identify how and whether learning and development can best support these need Updating stakeholders on the latest relevant learning and development solutions available from the Global and European teams as well as external partners, and possibilities to customize for Intercontinental and area us Works with the global Learning team in developing specific projects by contributing with therapeutic and expertise knowledge towards: + The (learning) needs assessments conducted
+ The design and development of the learning projects, as they bring them to pilot phase
Work closely with key stakeholders across patient impact, patients evidence and assets teams to partner whilst using your own knowledge and act as SMEs in the learning experience Coordinates the smooth implementation of the learning experiences including onboarding - input on planning, briefing or train-the-trainer of potential facilitator team, troubleshooting, issue managemen Together with the Learning team, work on iterations of learning experience according to insights gathered; innovate and explore digital opportunity to further develop Learning Solutions; leverages learning platforms and tools for maximum learning experience

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience, and skills:

Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree or PhD preferred 4-5 years' experience in a Commercial Pharma Learning business in different ecosystems or equivalen Experience developing and executing commercial learning launch plans - end to en Experience of working in International Markets is hugely beneficia Strong understanding cross functional working and building out plans to support, provide foresight and future proof our business Knowledge of the relevant therapeutic areas, scientific and economic value of the assets, disease Knowledge of educational design, theoretical frameworks for learning planning and adult learning principle Awareness of robust learning needs assessment and learning outcomes evaluation practice Thorough understanding of the regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industr English language fluency required. Bilingual French or Portuguese is a strong asset


Non-local/ remote candidates must be willing to travel up to 40%
