The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) plays a critical role in enabling commercial performance at Index Exchange. This role is responsible for designing scalable, blended learning experiences that drive behavior change, improve capability, and directly support business outcomes across Sales, Services, and other customer-facing teams.
While the primary focus of this role is on the commercial side of the business, the LXD is also a core member of the broader Learning & Development team and contributes to learning initiatives that support the wider organization. This includes partnering with subject matter experts, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex product knowledge, business priorities, and workflows into high?impact learning experiences. The role sits at the intersection of learning science, enablement, and performance measurement, with a strong focus on analysis, accountability, and outcomes.
This role is central to Index Exchange's shift toward more intentional, data?informed, and performance?focused learning. The Learning Experience Designer will help ensure that commercial learning is not only engaging, but accountable, measurable, and clearly connected to how the business grows and succeeds.
