What You?ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and assist in managing learning content in multimedia formats (including instructor-led, webinars, video, job aids, role play, games, and multimedia visual aids).
• Works with the team to assist in planning and developing innovative learning content in response to the needs of our business.
• Maintains and manage LMS systems and content.
• Creates engaging learning contact and compelling e-Learning course content to maximize learning transfer and retention.
• Supports the development and maintenance of all training-related documentation and supporting materials.
• Act as an SME on various projects, representing the Sales Centre, to identify and recommend the appropriate learning strategy
• Regularly monitor and assess the quality of learning content to determine effectiveness on ongoing bases.
• Collaborate with and supports the Knowledge Management Lead by creating learning linked to the Knowledge Base.
• Ensure all learning content and supporting resources are available in English and French.

What You?ll Need:

• 3+ years in a related field (Instructional Design, Adult Learning, eLearning ) or relevant work experience
• 2+ years experience in developing engaging blended learning experiences, training/facilitation in a Sales/Contact Centre is an asset.
• 2+ of experience with eLearning design, development and implementation using Articulate and LMS systems
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, etc.)
• Familiarity in video animation, editing and publishing is an asset
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
