The Learning Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation of Learning and Development training programs. They will partner with cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver support of training programs. The Learning Delivery Specialist will manage all day-to-day tasks associated with learning programs, Learning Management System, and other various learning support platforms. This position will require strong coordination between multiple Learning and Development teams as well as cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical and collaboration skills.


What You'll Do



Producer support before, during and after virtual and hybrid training sessions to facilitation team, program managers and participants. Support facilitators and participants in solving any technical issues as well as leverage different technical tools and platforms to enhance the learning (polling, whiteboards, breakout rooms). Understanding of content being delivered. Administration of all instructors led training in the Learning Management System to provide training calendars, manage enrollment, communication, and reporting. Responsible for collecting and maintaining data and preparing basic reporting for Senior and Executive management. Manages configuring courses, user permissions, user roles, learning paths and pre and post learning assets and communication in the Learning Management System. Interaction with learner end users to resolve technical issues in the Learning Management System. Consult with subject matter experts, learning experience designers, and other stakeholders to develop courses and programs in alignment with company objectives. Administration of multiple assessment systems and learning evaluation platforms. Provide support with any tasks that need additional assistance to ensure a remarkable participant learning experience.

What You'll Need



Associate degree preferred. 2+ years in Program & Training Coordination and Delivery. 2+ years of Learning Management System. Intermediate to advanced Excel and technical skills. Knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint and Teams required). Excellent effective communication skills both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high capacity for work output. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments - both internally and externally. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements/efficiencies in a program/project. As a member of an evolving team and business, you will need to handle fast paced situations with a focus on key outcomes; respond quickly with a calm demeanor when presented with last minute requests/changes; and use good judgment to implement real-time adjustments. Critical Thinking. Extremely detail oriented. Strong customer service skills. Self-Motivated and goal oriented. Strong consulting skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with escalated issues. Ability to work with interruptions in a high-volume department.

Ce que vous ferez



Soutien aux producteurs avant, pendant et apres les sessions de formation virtuelles et hybrides pour l'equipe d'animation, les gestionnaires de programme et les participants. Aider les animateurs et les participants a resoudre les problemes techniques et a exploiter les differents outils et plateformes techniques pour ameliorer l'apprentissage (sondage, tableaux blancs, salles de reunion). Comprehension du contenu presente. Gerer toutes les formations dirigees par des instructeurs dans le systeme de gestion de l'apprentissage afin de fournir des calendriers de formation, de gerer les inscriptions, la communication et les rapports. Est charge de la collecte et de la mise a jour des donnees et de la preparation des rapports de base pour les cadres superieurs et la direction. Gere la configuration des cours, les autorisations des utilisateurs, les roles des utilisateurs, les parcours d'apprentissage, les ressources pre- et post-apprentissage et la communication dans le systeme de gestion de l'apprentissage. Interaction avec les apprenants utilisateurs finaux pour resoudre les problemes techniques du systeme de gestion de l'apprentissage. Consulter des experts pertinents, des concepteurs d'experiences d'apprentissage et d'autres parties prenantes pour elaborer des cours et des programmes conformes aux objectifs de l'entreprise. Administration de plusieurs systemes d'evaluation et de plateformes d'evaluation de l'apprentissage. Apporter votre soutien pour toute tache necessitant une aide supplementaire afin de garantir une experience d'apprentissage remarquable pour les participants.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin



Diplome d'associe de preference. 2 ans ou plus dans la coordination et la prestation de programmes et de formations. 2 ans ou plus de systeme de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS). Competences techniques et Excel de niveau Intermediaire a Avance. Connaissance d'Office 365 (SharePoint et Teams requis). Excelle lorsqu'il s'agit de communiquer efficacement, tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral. Competences organisationnelles exceptionnelles et souci du detail, avec une grande capacite de travail. Capacite a travailler de maniere strategique et en collaboration avec d'autres services, tant en interne qu'en externe. Capacite averee a identifier et a mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations/efficacites de processus dans un programme/projet. En tant que membre d'une equipe et d'une entreprise en pleine evolution, vous devrez faire face a des situations rapides en vous concentrant sur les resultats cles, reagir rapidement et avec calme aux demandes et changements de derniere minute et faire preuve de discernement pour mettre en oeuvre des ajustements en temps reel. Esprit critique. Extremement soucieux du detail. Solides competences en matiere de service a la clientele. Motive et oriente vers les objectifs. Solides competences en matiere de conseil.
