Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees across various levels.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery of training content and track employee progress.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage participants.
Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness to continuously improve program offerings.
Collaborate with human resources to align training initiatives with organizational goals, including succession planning.
Address conflict management scenarios through targeted training interventions.
Support organization design initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending appropriate learning solutions.

Strong program management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Proficient in conflict management techniques to address workplace challenges effectively.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to employee development and performance management.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting on training activities.
