to support its continuous improvement efforts by identifying waste, optimizing processes, and promoting a culture of Lean thinking. The successful candidate will have strong Lean knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on improvement experience. They will work closely with production, quality, and management teams to implement Lean tools, improve workflow, and increase overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & support Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.
Facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and problem-solving tools (PDCA, 5Why, Fishbone, A3, etc.)
Analyze production performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and visual management tools.
Conduct shop-floor observations to assess process flow, identify bottlenecks, and reduce waste.
Support cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustain results.
Train and coach employees on lean concepts and continuous improvement methods.
Monitor progress and report results to leadership through KPI's and presentations.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Practical understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma certifications are considered assets (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Practitioner).
Knowledge of KPI tracking and basic quality skills.
Experience creating standard work and process documentation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial operations.
Ability to lead teams, influence others, and communicate clearly in English in both written and verbal formats.
Experience facilitating Kaizen events or improvement workshops
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
