Job Description

:

Standard Auto Spring Works is looking for an experienced Leaf Spring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining leaf springs for trucks, trailers, and other commercial vehicles. You will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing leaf springs, ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and replace leaf springs on light and medium-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
Perform custom spring repairs and modifications as needed.
Troubleshoot and diagnose suspension system issues, including leaf springs and related components.
Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Work efficiently with the team to deliver timely service and meet customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and timelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in leaf spring repair and suspension system maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of leaf spring technology, suspension systems, and repair methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
