Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultant Posting Period: March 22, 2023 to March 31, 2023 Regular Full-Time Rate of Pay: $40.27 per hour - $50.34 per hour Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary




What the Role is Reporting to the Director, Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management, the Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultant is responsible for partnering with and advising hiring leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process for leadership roles. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring all phases of the process are completed with the appropriate level of engagement with all relevant stakeholders, and is the key point of contact for applicants during the process. The ideal candidate has ample experience across the phases of consulting, from discovery to evaluation. Projects will range from improving leader onboarding processes to overseeing the effective deployment of employee surveys. The successful candidate has exceptional consultation skills and a track record of successfully advising senior leaders. Among other things, the role will involve sharing evidence-based recruitment practices, coaching hiring leaders on developing postings and interviewing to identify leadership potential, and making salary recommendations. You will be actively involved in all phases of recruitment \xe2\x80\x93 strategy development, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, documenting development goals for successful candidates, and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent acceptable to hospital
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Registered Professional Recruiter (PREFERRED)
  • 5+ years recent, related job experience
  • Knowledge of talent management and full cycle recruitment best practices
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation, HR policies and practices and employee rights and obligations
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships to achieve results
  • Facilitation and networking skills
  • Strategic and organizational awareness
  • Detail- and results-oriented
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, social media and corporate productivity tools
  • Ability to be responsive and flexible in a complex, ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
