We're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive Leadership Operations Coordinator to help keep our leadership team's priorities moving -- especially when it comes to proposal development, talent acquisition, internal/external communications, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is an excellent communicator, thrives on challenge, and can bring structure to complexity.

What You'll Do



Lead the coordination and drafting of proposals, RFP responses, and internal business documents Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team Support talent acquisition efforts, including job posting coordination, candidate communications, and interview logistics Track and manage leadership-driven initiatives, ensuring timely progress and follow-through Develop and maintain performance reporting tools to track progress on strategic goals Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans and communications Execute the actionable plans Identify blockers and proactively develop solutions or next steps Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and internal updates

Exceptional communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail Highly organized, with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities A persistent, diligent approach to follow-through and problem-solving A focused, self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently Comfortable with chaos and a bias toward action

Bonus Points For



Experience working directly with senior leadership Familiarity with project management tools Proven experience with proposal writing and business communications
Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruitment processes

Familiarity with performance reporting or tracking KPIs

Background in office management, administration, business development, or communications
