Dans un contexte de croissance et de structuration de la pratique SAP, Wepoint recherche un Leader SAP pour rejoindre ses equipes. Ce role est essentiel pour renforcer la vision fonctionnelle, structurer la pratique, ameliorer les processus internes et soutenir l'evolution des talents SAP. Le poste s'inscrit dans une reflexion menee sur la maturite et la croissance de l'equipe.
ResponsabilitesDefinir et porter la vision fonctionnelle SAP : assurer la coherence des choix fonctionnels, encadrer les bonnes pratiques et guider les orientations de la pratique; Structurer la pratique SAP: definir les roles, optimiser l'organisation et contribuer a la gouvernance interne; Soutenir les projets et garantir la qualite de la livraison: agir comme reference fonctionnelle, accompagner les analystes dans la resolution des enjeux, assurer la pertinence et la robustesse des livrables; Developper les talents SAP : encadrer, coacher et accompagner la montee en competence de l'equipe, assurer un suivi structure des profils et contribuer a leur evolution dans l'organisation.

QualificationsUn minimum de 10 annees d'experience dans des roles de gestion; Experience confirmee de gestion en environnement SAP avec maitrise approfondie des processus; Expertise fonctionelle solide sur un ou plusieurs modules SAP; Experience demontree en leadership ou co-gestion d'equipes; Excellentes competences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes; Capacite a coacher, structurer et soutenir une equipe en croissance; Approche collaborative, orientee vision, qualite et amelioration continue.
