What are your contributions to the team?

Lead an engaged and experienced team of 20(+) technical salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers Assume all HR responsibilities of the Methods & NC Programming team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities Ensure the conformity of methods processes and method agents training in alignment with Bombardier's Quality System Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders Coordinate your team's activities across other functions within the organization Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system Coach your team to develop their talent within the organization Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

You have experience with detail part manufacturing (Machined part, Sheet metal, Composite or surface treatment) and aircraft structural assemblies You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a Methods or Quality team You have minimum of five (5) years of experience You have excellent management skills. You have good judgment, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines You have extraordinary flexibility and are passionate about non-recurring work activities You are fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken You have previous project management experience, would be an asset
