Responsabilites :
Experience client :
creer des experiences uniques qui repondent aux besoins des clients et leur font vivre des moments memorables. Former et encadrer son equipe pour qu'elle soit en mesure d'offrir une experience client personnalisee en faisant preuve d'ecoute active, de curiosite et d'une excellente connaissance de la marque et des produits.
Esprit d'equipe :
se presenter a chaque quart de travail avec une attitude positive, en etant pret a apporter sa contribution et a donner l'exemple dans chaque situation. Etre proactif dans son propre developpement professionnel et chercher constamment a faire progresser ses competences et a s'integrer a un environnement de travail axe sur les solutions.
Excellence operationnelle :
aider a creer et a maintenir une atmosphere accueillante en boutique avec des produits frais, des presentoirs attrayants et des procedures efficaces qui promeuvent l'excellence et les valeurs Lush. Deleguer et faire un suivi avec son equipe afin de s'assurer qu'ils comprennent bien les attentes et offrir son soutien.
Leadership :
participer a l'ouverture et a la fermeture de la boutique et a la gestion des caisses. Faire preuve de leadership en respectant des standards eleves, en formant son equipe sur les meilleures pratiques et en montrant l'exemple. Participer a des projets et assumer des responsabilites qui vous font evoluer en tant que leader et qui approfondissent votre connaissance de l'entreprise.
Qualifications :
Exigences :
Etre capable de soulever une charge de 30 livres; des accommodements raisonnables seront faits au besoin.
Etre dispose a avoir un horaire variable selon les besoins de la boutique.
Experience de caisse et dans l'ouverture et la fermeture d'une boutique.
Experience dans un role de supervision ou de leadership.
Atouts :
Experience en service a la clientele.
Experience dans un environnement axe sur le travail d'equipe.
Experience en soins pour la peau ou en cosmetiques.

Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Ensure a unique customer experience that makes every visitor feel welcome, meets their needs and makes their day. Coach, mentor, and develop your team to offer a tailored customer experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert brand and product knowledge.
Team Involvement:
Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and ready to contribute to the team and lead by example in every situation

Be present in driving your own development and constantly look to grow and elevate your skills and add to a solution-oriented work environment.
Operational Excellence:
Help create and maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with fresh product, beautiful displays and efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence and lives the Lush values. Delegate and follow-up with your team to ensure they understand expectations and offer your support.
Practice Leadership:
Support leadership team in opening and closing the store and counting cash with perfection. Step into leadership by setting an example of high standards and coaching and demonstrating best shop practices to your team. Take on projects and responsibilities that grow you as a leader and deepen your knowledge of the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
Can lift to 30 lbs; reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop
Experience cash handling and open and closing
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Preferred:
Experience in customer service
Experience working in a team environment
Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
