About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga'a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Your Impact



As theWarehouse Leadat the Newmont Brucejack mine site, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure the provision of a safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse function in support of the site operations. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining rigorous safety practices, while driving day-to-day operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure that the warehouse functions are performed to a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. You will be a people leader with responsibility for the development of an inclusive, people-centric environment that allows all team members to thrive.



As Part of Our Team, You Will



Lead, coach, and support a warehouse team to achieve high standards in safety, actively utilizing the key tools available in Newmont's Always Safe Program, with a focus on Fatality Risk Management and Critical Control Verifications. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including material handling, receiving, put away, issuing, shipping, and care& preservation. Drive collaboration with regional materials management team, with a key focus on imbedded team members. Ensure warehouse operations follow Newmont processes and systems that support stability, compliance, and responsiveness. Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, using data, metrics, and best practices to improve warehouse service levels and effectiveness Collaborate with site teams to ensure alignment of warehouse services with operational needs and expectations Support emergency preparedness and rapid response planning as part of warehouse safety readiness

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role



Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-10 years of warehouse or supply chain experience, including team leadership in an industrial or mining environment. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of formal post-secondary education. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Ability to analyze and understand data for inventory management and performance tracking A track record of promoting safety and leading teams in high-paced operational settings Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills Experience in working at remote sites and supporting remote operations

Your Work Environment



Location: Brucejack Mine Site (fly- in/fly out role) Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Conditions: Onsite in a remote, industrial mining environment Requirements: Must pass pre-employment medical, drug& alcohol test, and comply with PPE and safety protocols

The expected salary range for this role is CA$126,200-168,300 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
