The Lead, Trucking Dispatch position is responsible for directing, leading and executing Source's fleet of internal trucks (~50). This position plays a critical role mentoring and coaching our dispatchers at all levels within our Trucking division to ensure consistent delivery of service quality across the organization. As a Lead, Dispatch with Source Energy Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of professionals in the HSE and Transportation departments. Working closely with the HSE Team, this position will be responsible for assisting with NSC Compliance for Source Trucking, as well as overseeing feedback to ensure continuous improvement of various systems, processes, and documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Trucking Manager with implementing new and restructuring current Trucking processes and act as main point of contact for Source internal drivers
Oversee individual Dispatch team member competencies and maintain up to date training of staff
Provide mentoring and coaching to the Trucking Dispatch team to ensure that service quality aligns across the organization to Source's standard
Work with the Trucking Manager on equipment readiness, scheduling, and deliveries
Lead planning and organization for required Trucking roster
Mentor/Coach Managers and employees on the use of programs such as Site Docs, Insight, Samsara, Rook, Titan, MaintainX
Maintain Quality, incident, near miss events and complete investigations as required
Compile various quarterly and monthly reports as required by the business
Assist with Onboarding drivers and Orientation for Transportation Programs
Complete log audits, review driver logs, vehicle inspection reports, and safety documentation to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Other duties as required.

Minimum 1 to 5 years' progressive experience in an equivalent Trucking Dispatch Lead role
High level proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Adobe;
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments;
High attention to detail, especially with regards to statistical data, and accurate report generation; and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
