Summary of Position

Manage tool inventory and tool room making sure tools are available for the shop and that repairs and calibrations are up to date. Generates RDA\xe2\x80\x99s and PO\xe2\x80\x99s. Maintains control of all tools for the Repair Station including company owned and for MSU (mobile service unit). Maintain a clean & organized tool room area.

Control tools flow between tool room and AWPC, utilizing tracking software

Manage tools calibration & repair collaborating with QC, Avionics, Overhaul

Shop and hanger support equipment.

Full interaction & support with Part21 Tool crib & US01

Generate RDA and Inter-company PO for new tools, calibration and repairs,

Investment projects, RAI\'s originator/follow-up.

Interaction & pre-quoting with vendors and service providers. Service approval. Invoice issues, Invoice acceptance.

4.

Tool inspection and certification, creating of tool kits, repairing tools for customer support service, support tech rep\xe2\x80\x99s, engineering, training dept., facilities and all other support teams as needed. (AW169, AW189, AW609, SW4, etc.)

Leads Tool Room and Parts Associate

Receive paint, consumables and hardware as needed as back up.

ATC box tool oversight

FAA audits, US01 audits, Customer audits

Track tools that are rented to customers & Service Centers

MSU (mobile service unit) tools and equipment

Oversight of Overhaul & US03 Tools

Oversee Precision Sight Level for jigs. Forklift certified.

Qualifications for Position:

Education

High School Diploma

Experience

1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years experience performing materials and logistics management

Competencies & Attributes

Proficiency in SAP/MS Office/Access/TC Max software preferred.
