Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we\'re growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group\'s portfolio.

Project Maverick is a yet unannounced AAA game developed with Microsoft. The game development involves our European and North American teams.


  • Collaborer avec les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de conception de jeux et de niveaux pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments techniques requis pour cr\xc3\xa9er l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience.
  • Favoriser la cr\xc3\xa9ation de solides liens entre les services de conception et techniques.
  • Am\xc3\xa9liorer les outils, les processus et les pipelines utilis\xc3\xa9s par les \xc3\xa9quipes de conception.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les \xc3\xa9quipes techniques et le service de contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9 pour valider et tester les fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s avant leur d\xc3\xa9ploiement.
  • Revoir le travail de scriptage visuel effectu\xc3\xa9 par les concepteurs et le standardiser si n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
  • Standardiser et maintenir la documentation de conception technique pour l\'ensemble du projet.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et organiser des s\xc3\xa9ances de formation \xc3\xa0 l\'intention des concepteurs techniques, de niveaux et de jeu.
  • Fournir un soutien technique constant en ce qui concerne les outils et le moteur pour les concepteurs de niveaux et de jeu.
  • Motiver et inspirer les autres \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des solutions et de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es.
  • Foster strong connections between Design and Technical departments
  • Collaborate with Game & Level design team members to identify the technical needs to build the experience
  • Drive improvements to the tools, processes, and pipelines used by the design teams
  • Coordinate with the tech and QA departments to vet and test features before deployment
  • Review visual scripting work by designers and standardize it as needed
  • Standardize and maintain technical design documentation across the project.
  • Create & organize training sessions for Tech, level & game designers
  • Provide consistent technical support on tools & engine for level & game designers
  • Motivates and inspires others to generate solutions and new ideas
Qualifications

Qualifications : * Au moins 7 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'industrie du jeu vid\xc3\xa9o dans des postes de conception technique.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de pr\xc3\xa9production, de production et de finalisation de pr\xc3\xa9c\xc3\xa9dents jeux.
  • Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de conception de jeux et de niveaux.
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise du syst\xc3\xa8me Blueprint Visual Scripting.
  • Attitude proactive et cr\xc3\xa9ative pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 traiter, comprendre et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre les commentaires re\xc3\xa7us.
