The CoE is responsible for overseeing activities like recruitment marketing, talent programs and events, process optimization and innovative technologies for TA across the enterprise. The Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organizational DE&I strategies are connected and executed successfully through our TA teams.As a vital component of our organization, we\'re dedicated to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to propel our company forward. • Discovery, execution and relationship management for strategic partnerships that will connect our DE&I and Newcomer strategies to TA practices
• Budget ownership and ROI tracking for all partnership engagements
• Ongoing identification of new opportunities to streamline TA and DE&I connection points
• Identifying and activating opportunities to partner closely with the various TA teams on select engagements
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure that TA tools/processes are updated and aligned with requirements for strategic initiatives

What you have to offer:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
• You have experience developing and managing relationships with DE&I strategic partnerships
• You have a passion for TA, preferably with direct experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• You\'re data-driven with a demonstrated ability to track performance and report on ROI leveraging tools like Excel
• You get people excited about your ideas by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to build and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
