to lead the development of our high performance athletes (Pro/College/Amateur). This role is for someone energetic , outgoing, passionate, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and supervise strength and conditioning programs tailored to athletes.
Lead
group training sessions, semi-private coaching, and personal training.
Conduct
testing and data collection
to monitor and refine client progress.
Manage this data using excel to create feedback reports (strong excel skills is needed)
Collaborate on new program ideas and contribute to the evolution of Speed Mechanics' offerings.
Ensure a safe, motivating training environment with an emphasis on proper technique and client well-being.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Athletic Therapy, or a related field.
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification (must obtain within 6 months if not currently held).
NCCP Olympic Weightlifting or similar certification is an asset.
Background as an athlete or coach is highly valued.
First Aid & CPR-C certification (required).
Liability insurance (required).
A criminal record check for the vulnerable sector will be conducted.
Advanced knowledge and ability with excel.
