What You Will Get To Do:

The Lead Software Engineer (Real Time Integrated Market Credit Risk System) is responsible for building a Real Time Credit Risk analytics solution for financial institutions.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Working with Financial Engineers, Business Analysts and software architects to design new features based on client requirements

• Develop and test components of IMCR
• Analyze and optimize product performance
• Work with our implementation teams to get feedback on our latest features
• Assist our support teams in supporting production clients

What You Will Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar program
• Experience with Rust and/or advanced C++
• Some experience with Java or Kotlin
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software industry
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployment and application containerization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Self-motivated, passionate about software, quick learner

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience building and debugging distributed, high performance, multi-threaded applications
• Performance tuning, and performance analysis in complex systems
• Basic understanding of financial risk
• RDBMS configuration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Real Time Messaging/Message-oriented middleware
• Troubleshooting multi-component enterprise software
