What the role offers:
As a Lead Software Developer, you will:
Design and build web services and cloud native apps using modern JavaScript (React, node.js, jest), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, nginx stack.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and business logic using .NET / .NET Core (C#).
Containerize applications and manage deployments with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient, automated deployment processes.
Ensure application security, performance, and reliability at scale.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Stay current with emerging AI, cloud, and web technologies.
What you need to Succeed:
Computer Science or related bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS or similar services).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
Proficient with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Knowledge of responsive UI design and cross-browser compatibility.
Nice to Haves:
Cloud Certifications eg. AWS Certified Developer
UI frameworks such as Material UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind CSS.
Testing experience (Jest, NUnit, xUnit, Cypress).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code eg. Terraform, CloudFormation
Experience building AI-powered front-end experiences, like chat interfaces or intelligent search.
