Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Data Scientist/Machine Learning

to join a flagship platform. A large scale distributed application built to enable teams to collaborate on complex projects, surface key insights, and deliver actionable analysis to Fortune 500 clients. The platform supports multi-phase transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, giving clients

visibility, control, and detailed reporting

throughout the entire process. This is a

high-profile initiative

leveraging

microservices, modern architecture, and cutting-edge AI technologies

, with a focus on the highest technical quality and innovation.

Responsibilities



Develop and train

transformer-based models

for both text and images. Architect and oversee the

end-to-end ML lifecycle

: data preparation, model design, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, domain experts) to design and implement

AI-driven solutions

at enterprise scale. Apply

RAG techniques, vector databases, and agentic frameworks

to enhance AI models with contextual and external data. Implement

probabilistic graphical models

(Bayesian Networks, Markov Random Fields, Factor Graphs) where applicable. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate new techniques into production-ready solutions.

Requirements



5+ years of experience

in applied Data Science or Machine Learning. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Strong expertise in

large-scale neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning

techniques. Practical exposure to

GenAI projects

and frameworks (RAG apps, vector DBs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent orchestration). Advanced knowledge of

Python

and ML libraries/frameworks (SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyMC, pgmpy, etc.). Hands-on experience with

cloud computing platforms

(Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also considered). Proven understanding of the

ML lifecycle

with experience in

MLOps/DataOps

practices. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. Must be able to work on US time zones
