WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

• Generate Solution Architectural documentation encompassing data models, data flow diagrams, and process models.
• Verify the development team\xe2\x80\x99s outputs align with the architectural framework.
• Offer advice on data exchange, composite solutions, automation, and user experience enhancement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development Team, and Business Team to troubleshoot design or implementation challenges.
• Assess functional specifications\' complexity for estimation purposes.
• Validate effort and completion estimates for specific tasks.
• Contribute to Technical Architecture documentation.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the development team for design implementation.
• Offer insights into API design for integrations, ensuring both inbound and outbound communications are secure.
• Identify and address risks in Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to fellow developers.
• Uphold standards and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Supervise the quality of Solution Architect deliverables.
• Develop systems utilizing SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Write custom code utilizing Apex, Aura, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web components.
• Utilize OmniStudio and Flows for declarative development.
• Mentor other developers, including those specializing in DevOps.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
• Act as a liaison with the Salesforce Product Team to address issues or queries related to the Department\'s Salesforce solution.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7 years proven experience in Salesforce development tasked with analyzing intricate issues, presenting alternative solutions, and decomposing them into actionable tasks
• Extensive development background in Salesforce Industries Cloud, with a primary focus on OmniStudio .
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and modules such as Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Java, JavaScript and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and HPQC.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams comprising four or more resources
• Expertise in Salesforce integration and web services, particularly with cloud-based platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
