As the Lead Room Attendant, you are more than a housekeeper--you're a standard-bearer. Your eye for detail and commitment to perfection ensure every guest room reflects the high calibre of a 4+ star resort. Just as importantly, you set the tone for the team by leading with pride, coaching others, and stepping in to support the supervisor when needed. What you'll do



Lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest room is cleaned and presented to the highest standards Prepare housekeeping carts and keep supplies organized for efficient, smooth operations Refresh guest rooms quickly and thoroughly, from stripping and remaking beds to restocking linens and amenities Tackle deep cleans and special projects with precision and pride Mentor and train new team members, building their skills and confidence in line with resort expectations Provide feedback and guidance to help the team deliver consistent, outstanding results Step into a supervisory capacity when required, supporting scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving Act as a key link between room attendants, supervisors, and management to ensure daily operations run seamlessly

What you'll bring



Minimum of 3 years housekeeping experience Previous experience in a 4+ star hospitality environment Strong understanding of what makes a perfect guest room and the ability to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision Familiarity with industry best practices and housekeeping standards Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others Capability to step confidently into a supervisory role when required Open availability, including weekends and holidays A professional appearance and respectful, guest-focused approach Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, and bending throughout the day A positive, adaptable mindset with a great sense of humour--we work hard and have fun doing it
