Site Coordination:



Communicate effectively with Project Manager, office staff, and sub-trades. Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure tools and equipment are available and in working order.

Quality Control & Documentation:



Ensure work is completed to specifications and industry standards. Maintain daily records of labour, equipment usage, material deliveries, and progress reports. Identify and report any changes or issues to the Superintendent or Project Manager. Provide daily notes to the Project Manager and enter job updates/notes in the CRM

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:



Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours Emergency Services Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various environments Comfortability working in environments that may be contaminated with heavy smoke residue, mould and mildew, contaminated water or other unsanitary conditions Active participation in on-going training and safety certifications as needed Commute to on-site locations and the office when necessary. Sustained periods of standing, sitting, bending and kneeling Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals and objectives Attention to detail and exceptional organization skills Ability to work well with shifting priorities and change in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete skilled tasks - drywall, paint, patch, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS



The ideal candidate is incredibly organized, punctual, with strong communication skills and is able to work independently or as a team. IICRC certifications are strongly preferred (WRT, AMRT, ASD) Construction background Strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong Computer skills - Microsoft Suite, CRM, etc. Xcelerate & Encircle experience is considered an asset. Valid Class G Drivers License and clean driver's abstract Ability to pass a criminal background check Health and Safety Representative experience is considered an asset

Pay: $25.50-$35.50 per hour
