About the role:

\xc2\xb7 Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry.

\xc2\xb7 Using a local CRM system, qualify prospects by telephone

\xc2\xb7 Identify, re-activate, rank-up and onboard new business

\xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through multiple mediums such as telephone, email, SMS, and online video platforms

\xc2\xb7 Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Act as the customer\xe2\x80\x99s point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately

Preferred qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 University degree or diploma

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual in French is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create rapport with prospective clients

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation

\xc2\xb7 Commitment to exceed targets

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 The ability to manage time and tasks effectively and strategically
