About the job

As a Lead Prospector, you will work closely with the Sales and Pre Sales teams, and are primarily responsible for discovering potential customers to contact. You will utilize a mix of skills in researching
your own leads from external and internal sources and tools, and also vet leads from provided lists. You will determine the potential for a lead to meet the business requirements of the teams based on a scoring system, and route leads appropriately to the corresponding team. You will help the teams uncover potential industries and verticals to strategically approach, by analyzing the ideas provided by others while also suggesting your own.

Annual Base Salary starting at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Schedule

\xe2\x97\x8f Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Location

\xe2\x97\x8f Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.

Qualifications

\xe2\x97\x8f Min. 1-2 years experience in digital advertising, market research, or sales
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
\xe2\x97\x8f Must speak the local language of the market served, in some markets English may be required
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to think strategically and follow market trends
\xe2\x97\x8f Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookup, etc)
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong time management skills. Able to multitask and stay detail oriented
\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the New Business Sales team to work on
\xe2\x97\x8f Be on the lookout for industry news & trends to ensure timely prospecting.
\xe2\x97\x8f Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales teams to plan ahead.
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate prospective client potential, aligned with sales team expectations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deliver a set of potential ready-to-call leads every week to the New Business Associate team.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate cross functionally with New Business Sales and New Business Associate teams to calibrate on lead quality
