Gorilla Property Services is seeking an experienced Lead Property Services Technician to take charge of on-site operations, mentor crew members, and deliver top-tier results in commercial snow removal, lawn care, and exterior property cleaning. This is a year-round opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors and takes pride in their work.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute commercial property services projects, including snow removal, lawn care, exterior cleaning, and seasonal maintenance. Operate and maintain company equipment safely and efficiently. Train, mentor, and oversee crew members on job sites. Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and client satisfaction are met. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate projects.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial snow removal, commercial lawn care, and exterior cleaning/property maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract. Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Security Clearance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. References must be provided at time of application submission.
