Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the engineering project leader and be the primary decision maker for engineering cost, schedule, and RCCA (root cause and corrective actions on misses and/or roadblocks). You will be our onsite project engineer working closely with our customers and the broader program team to establish and continually refine program plans, deliverables, and more. The target program is the customization/application of the cutting-edge Honeywell Anthem Avionics product onto business jets.

Faites partie d'une equipe qui evalue et drive l'atteinte de performances specifiques aux programmes au sein de Honeywell Aerospace. Vous serez le chef de projet en ingenierie et le principal decideur en ce qui concerne les couts d'ingenierie, le calendrier et le RCCA (actions correctives pour les causes profondes des erreurs et/ou des obstacles). Vous serez notre ingenieur de projet sur site, travaillant en etroite collaboration avec nos clients et l'equipe de programme elargie pour etablir et affiner continuellement les plans de programme, les livrables, et plus encore. Le programme cible est la personnalisation/application du produit de pointe Honeywell Anthem Avionics sur des jets d'affaires.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Avionics Engineering Program Cost, Scope, and Schedule for the assigned team(s) Assess and drive achievement of milestones Strategy development Early problem detection and course correction. Annual Operating Plan Manage short and long term staffing demand Involvement with program pursuits and launches Manage Program Metrics

The Bombardier building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar Minimum 8 years engineering experience Bilingual in English and French

Experience developing and/or leading Aerospace or similar engineering projects and/or teams Experience with avionics or other electrical systems Familiarity with ARP4754, DO178, DO160, etc. Business acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry Strong communication skills (i.e. proven ability to interact with both internal and external customers) Diverse and global teaming and collaboration Strong management operating system that facilitates communication Strong understanding of business objectives Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives. Persuade or influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches

VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR

Un diplome de licence en ingenierie, en affaires, en finance ou similaire 8 ans ou plus d'experience en ingenierie Bilingue en anglais et en francais
