Overview

We are looking for a Red Seal certified Lead Plumber with a minimum of 7 years experience in high-quality residential and light commercial projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of plumbing systems from rough-in to finish, oversee apprentices, and contribute to estimating through quantities and material take-offs.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute all phases of plumbing installation and repair Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Plan, coordinate, and complete material take-offs and order lists Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and precision work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades Ensure compliance with all codes, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

Red Seal Plumber certification (required) Minimum 7 years of relevant plumbing experience Experience with residential and light commercial projects Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 55 per week
