Someone who can take ownership of residential projects, develop apprentices, and grow into a future Foreman within our organization.

The Opportunity



This role is ideal for a Journeyman Plumber with 4-10 years of residential experience who enjoys leading a crew, problem-solving on-site, and working in lived-in homes where customer communication matters. This is a long-term growth path role. As our install division scales, there is an opportunity to advance into Foreman and oversee multiple Install Leads.

What You'll Do



As the Install Lead, you will:

Lead a team of 2-3 installers/apprentices on residential plumbing install projects. Manage projects primarily in single-family homes, with some work in apartment units or multi-family.
Execute plumbing installations including:

Water line access and replacement Indoor excavation / trenching and backfill Water ladder replacements Running and connecting plumbing systems to code Other Projects as well
Other Responsiblities Include:

Coordinate daily with Project Managers and Sales regarding scope, job prep, progress, and customer expectations. Delegate tasks to helpers, provide on-the-job coaching, and support skills development. Problem-solve during projects and respond to technical questions from PMs. Protect customers' property, ensure clean workspaces, and communicate professionally with homeowners who are often present. Complete daily check-ins and ensure work is ready for inspection and backfill before sign-off.

A Day in the Life



Arrive at shop around 7:00-7:30 AM Review work order & job plan with Project Manager Assign tasks & direct helper(s) to sites Complete install, excavation, or repair work Wrap up and return to shop around 4:00-4:30 PM
A company vehicle is provided, and it may be taken home.

Who Thrives in This Role



This position is a strong fit for someone who:

Is a Journeyman plumber with 4-10 years of experience Has residential new home construction or renovations experience (commercial-only backgrounds don't translate unless you've led crews at foreman level) Has experience working in lived-in homes and understands customer sensitivity Can delegate, coach, and elevate apprentices Calm under pressure Has pride in workmanship, protects customers' homes, and communicates clearly Ideally spent the majority of apprenticeship with one company (consistency and proven reliability)

Compensation & Benefits



Hourly Rate: up to $47/hour (based on leadership capability & experience) $80 per concrete job involving excavation/concrete work Company vehicle provided

Career Growth



This role is being hired with a development mindset. It is expected to grow into a foreman as we scale with future opportunities to oversee up to 5 Install Leads and manage multiple crews. Training and support are provided to develop leadership capability.
