about this team

The People Experience Centre (PEC) provides an elevated and truly global service delivery experience. We support our people with information, transactional assistance and issue resolution in a caring, competent, and convenient way using digital channels where possible and human channels where needed.

a day in the life: what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Responsible for day-to-day P&C service delivery operations.
  • Manages PEC Team members (hire, onboard, coach, develop, evaluate).
  • Ensures working practices are in place and consistently applied by team.
  • Applies P&C program, process and system expertise to solve complex issues and handle escalations.
  • Intakes, evaluates, prioritizes, coordinates new work requests for PEC.
  • Partners with cross functional project teams to evaluate, plan and implement changes impacting service delivery.
  • Influences service delivery design and advises on changes to P&C programs, policy, strategy, content.
qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience working within a HR operations function, with a focus on service management.
  • Experience leading a team (hiring, coaching, developing, performance).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Avature, Docebo an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of service management best practices.
  • A strong service ethos, together with an orientation to using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within and outside of HR.
  • Well-honed project management and road-mapping skills.
