We're looking for a

Lead Outboard Motor Technician

to join us at our new, state-of-the-art headquarters and service facility in Parksville

, BC

. This is a key role for a hands-on, experienced technician ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a fast-growing marine business.

What You'll Do

Service and repair all makes and models

of outboard motors with precision and care

Become certified with Tohatsu

, enabling you to provide full warranty services (we'll support you through the ticketing process)

Rig and commission AB Inflatable boats

as they arrive from the factory

Oversee warehouse operations

, managing inventory, parts, and equipment logistics Support customer satisfaction through excellent technical service and operational leadership

What We're Looking For

A certified

marine technician

with strong experience servicing

outboard motors

(multi-brand expertise preferred) Familiarity with rigging inflatable boats is an asset A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as a team leader Organizational skills to manage warehouse functions and logistics A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow with a dynamic marine company
