Teine is currently seeking a dedicated

Lead Operator

for a full-time employee position in the

Hoosier, SK

area. As the Lead Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining safety and efficiency while upholding proper procedures and processes. Your responsibility will encompass overseeing day-to-day operation activity.

Responsibilities:



Foster a healthy, safe, and positive work environment. Optimize well production and facility throughput. Ensure efficient cost control while adhering to the annual budget. Manage resources, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination. Contribute to coaching, mentoring, and personnel training. Play and active role in incident root cause analysis, ensuring report and recommendation action items are completed. Communicate operational activities and business initiatives effectively. Ensure competence for internal and external resources. Validate production data integrity. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Lead change and the implementation of new technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



The candidate must be able to demonstrate significate operational competency for oil and gas. Proficiency in basic computer skills Possession of a valid drivers' license. Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills abilities for day-to-day and special projects. Valid certifications: H2S, First aid/CPR ticket, Ground Disturbance Level 2, Confined Space Level 2. Petroleum Engineer or Petroleum Engineering Technologist will be given consideration.
