This role is critical for advancing our understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer optimization and consolidating market intelligence to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will also be a significant contributor to the delivery of cross business objectives: expanding the depth and breadth of our individual BU offering, accelerating growth through collaboration across the various BDX portfolios and driving key growth initiatives through targeted metrics.Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development of our evidence generation strategy and building out the market intelligence team within BD-SML to support execution of the strategy. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Global Marketing Excellence (GME) & Innovation. The individual will work closely with leaders across the organization including the global franchise teams as well as other functions such as R&D, regulatory affairs, medical education, compliance, etc.Key Responsibilities:
