OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Impact Kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s Lead Line Cook/Back of House Manager on Duty position is a supervisory role in the Back of House (kitchen) department. The primary responsibility of every MOD is to ensure all aspects of service run smoothly and according to Impact Kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s standards of excellence. Our Back of House MOD position oversees and works alongside the Dishwasher, Hot Cook, and Service Line Cook positions with the goal of delivering great food, minimizing waste, and adhering to Food Safety standards. All MODs are expected to role model Impact Kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values and support their Restaurant Management Team in generating excellent staff culture and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
