Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and utensils. Follow all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
