We also have one project in the concept phase \xe2\x80\x93 Red; as well as two projects in VR technology \xe2\x80\x93 Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio. Project Bifrost is a yet unannounced AAA action-adventure game developed by our North American team supported by PCF\xe2\x80\x99s European studios.



  • Manage the entire design team
  • Work hand in hand with the Creative Director to iterate, implement and execute on key design and level building principles
  • Block out and build levels and iterate through playtesting and providing/implementing feedback
  • Work with the art team to make sure that designs are up to the highest visual quality while retaining the gameplay and fun as well
  • Take full design ownership \xe2\x80\x93 from paper design, through the whitebox phase, script, iteration, debugging, optimization \xe2\x80\x93 until our game ships
  • Provide mentorship, troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving assistance to members of the level design team
  • Proactively identify cross-discipline challenges and risks to the project and offer solutions
  • Foster a culture of open, honest, and respectful communication across all disciplines


Qualifications


  • Expert in game design both in practice and theory.
  • MUST have designed levels with multiplayer title within last 5 years.
  • 10 Years of professional level design experience including leading a level design team.
  • Experience working in a AAA shooter title.
  • At least 2 successfully shipped AAA games on PC or console.
  • Self-motivation and ability to prioritize and deliver best quality work on deadlines.
  • Ability to process, understand and implement feedback.
  • High work ethic and self-motivated.
  • UE knowledge would be beneficial.
