Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality lash services including:
Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume extensions
Lash lifts and tints
Lash removal and fills
Ensure client satisfaction, safety, and retention through excellent technique and service
Maintain hygiene and sanitation of the treatment area and tools
Manage your own schedule and client communications
Track client records, manage appointments, and process payments
Optionally, offer lash training or mentorship services if qualified
Qualifications:
You are a certified practitioner of the services that you provide
You have or will attain professional liability insurance
You have a strong understanding of safety protocols for services that your are certified to provide
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are able to work independently and manage your own business operations
