We're seeking a

Lead Journeyman Electrician

to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain wiring, control systems, lighting, and electrical components in compliance with NEC and local codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical work. Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently and safely. Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times. Provide mentorship to apprentices, fostering skill development and best practices. Document work performed, materials used, and time spent for accurate project tracking.

What You Bring:

Valid BC Journeyman Electrician license (required). 4+ years of field experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems. Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency with tools (e.g., multimeters, conduit benders) and ability to work from ladders, lifts, or confined spaces. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Extended health benefits
