We are seeking a

Lead Java developer

with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Angular 2-8 Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift with no travel required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot Possess strong experience in Angular 2-8 Spring Boot and Microservices to lead technical projects effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in REST Web Services and Core Java for seamless application development. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a valuable asset for this role. Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL for efficient database management and operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Angular 2-8 and Spring Boot to meet business needs. Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to enhance system performance and reliability. Provide technical expertise in REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration across platforms. Develop robust backend solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL to support application functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements. Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize application performance through regular monitoring and tuning activities.
