As a Lead Installer, you will coach and mentor a team of residential HVAC Installers and provide supervisor customer service skills installing Hydronic Systems, Radiant In-Floor Heating, Water Heaters, Furnaces, AC\'s, Boilers, Ductless Units, etc.
HVAC Lead Hand Installer Job Qualifications
- G2 Gas Fitter and ODP Certification mandatory
- At least 5 years residential HVAC install and service experience with a variety of systems and equipment
- 313A/D is ideal, but not required
- Hydronic system experience considered a strong asset
- Valid \xe2\x80\x9cG\xe2\x80\x9d driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean driving record
The successfully hired Lead Installer must pass a criminal background check.
- $28.00 - $34.00/hour + Incentives/Benefits
- Days, 7:00am \xe2\x80\x93 4:00pm (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday). OT available after 40 hours. On call as required.
