The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. Responsibilities

Install Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps according to manufacturer specifications, Ontario codes and Therm Control's standards. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details and service history. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

Experience

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Familiarity with plumbing, welding, and appliance repair is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Requirements

Must have G2 or G1 Gas License OPD Certification 313A / 313D Refrigeration License or 308A / 308D Sheetmetal License Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. Commercial experience is an asset. Must have a G license with a clean driving abstract. Must be physically capable of performing all work required for this position.
